Early Christmas with G.G. and Pappa-razzi. |
Ryder kicked off the official Christmas season in his stocking,
then he got RSV and an ear infection. He was such a trooper, until Christmas Eve, then he was completely miserable.
Pre-Christmas fun.
Looking at Christmas lights (above).
We did a special Christmas morning with just Reese, which turned out to be a fun memory for us because Christmas morning was way too hectic and Ryder was really sick.
Reese and Great Grandmom snuggling.
Ryan is teaching Reese how to play Tripoly on Christmas Eve.
This is poor Ryder Christmas morning after a horrible night, poor guy.
Ryder slowly started to feel better, but still dazed (and confused).
Reese and Annaliese playing Angry Bird and Reese helping the cats to their stockings.
And ringing in the new year playing cards!
2011 was a great year, filled with wonderful blessings from God. Our biggest blessing is obviously the gift of salvation we celebrate at Christmas - we owed Him everything and all we did was incur debt...But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love for us, made us alive in Christ even though we were dead in our transgressions, for by grace we have been saved. Our second blessing this year was Ryder Andrew, what a sweet baby boy. There are still too many blessings to recount in this limited space, but to God be all the Glory.
