santa clause is coming to town...

you better watch out,
you better not cry,

you better not pout
i'm telling you why

i think santa is telling someone they are getting coal in their stocking...
only time will tell, only one day left to straighten up.

helping out around the house

reese is so helpful, he started washing dishes...
if you want the job done right, you've got to do it yourself?

"that there clark is an RV" reese wanted to help papa-razzi drive.

Christmas happenings

we took reese to the gaylord hotel to see all the christmas decorations. i really like this tree and "ambiance"?
we wore reese out through part of the tour.

reese really liked the gingerbread house.

really liked it.

and of course his picture in santa's sleigh.

what says christmas tradition better than dinner at pappasitos?!

christmas lights in arlington...here are a few of our favorites, for various reasons.

(this is reese's favorite, because it was pretty much the only one he was awake for).

which one is santa?Reese went over to see Grandma Guthrie and Papa-razzi's christmas decorations, and hats.

we took Reese to look at the lights at the town square, he had a really good time.

Reese's musical career

we started him out on something simple, like the kazoo...we LET him pick his own color! he mastered that in no time, so he picked up a new instrument...

Hark! The herald angels sing...

"Hail the heav'n born Prince of Peace! Hail the Sun of Righteousness!
Light and life to all He brings, Ris'n with healing in His wings.
Mild He lays His glory by, born that man no more may die,
Born to raise the sons of earth, born to give them second birth.
Hark! The herald angels sing, "Glory to the new born King."
Merry Christmas to all our friends and family
(this is Reese's 6 month photo and our "christmas card" for those of you who look at our blog).

aaahhhh...the holidays are here!

This is before...during...

and after...
Reese peed in his stocking. (Sure, I know what you're thinking; how and why did this happen!? Well, Reese wouldn't fit in his stocking with his diaper on, so he had just filled it up, and we thought we were safe).

Happy Thanksgiving!
Reese loved listening to Grandmom tell her story. (Probably because she used words like SHRimp, SHRed, SHRiek, SHRill, SHRink, SHRub, and SHRine - that was for you smed, we missed you guys).

Reese wanted to be part of the action, he did so good.
Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all we can imagine...according to His will...for His Glory - for this Ryan and I are so Thankful.

Friends, Family, Fun

Someone's having too much fun with Grandma Guthrie and Papa-"razzi"

Great Grandmom and Grandpop "trying" to turn Reese into a Cowboy's fan.

This is so sweet; Ryan took us to Southlake Townsquare to walk around, this picture just makes my heart smile.

Reese and I were out shopping with our friend Amy (shanks estes - shout out) and we came across this little establishment, it made us laugh, there are even hours posted on the window.

Eating lunch at the Twisted Root in Deep Ellum with Amy and her family - thank you all.

Reese is 5 Months old!

Reese's 5 Month "photo shoot"

Worthless wanted to be in the shot...

I want to know what he is thinking.

Is Reese:
A). Hanging upside down
B). Stuck behind glass trying to get out
C). Surrenduring
D.) Trying not to get kissed!
